Algiers, Jumada I 18, 1436, Mar 9, 2015, SPA -- Algeria's Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal and Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani laid the foundation stone for the Algerian-Qatari steel factory project at the industrial zone of Bellara in Jijel province. The project will be completed within 20 months with a cost of 170 billion Algerian dinars.
