Saudi-Korean Joint Committee Holds 17th Meeting in Riyadh 3

For his part, the South Korean Foreign Minister thanked the Kingdom on warm hospitality and a good reception, highlighting bilateral economic and technical relations and outcomes of the bilateral cooperation since 16th joint committee meeting. He also pointed out the attractive environment and investment opportunities between the two countries, stressing the two sides' approval on encouraging investors to take advantage of these opportunities. The meeting dealt with existing relations between the two countries and supporting technical and economic cooperation between the two countries in the fields of trade, industry, investment, finance, oil and gas, human resources development, renewable energy, electricity, basic construction and equipment, water desalination, science and technology, health, agriculture, meteorology and environmental protection, and maritime transport. The two sides expressed satisfaction on the consultations held between the two sides, stressing importance of holding regular meetings.
