San Juan, Ramadan 12, 1435, Jul 9, 2014, SPA -- Government officials in Puerto Rico are investigating the deaths of two of three pilot whales that stranded themselves in the island's southwest region. Puerto Rico police said the whales stranded themselves Wednesday in Playa Sucia, one of the U.S. territory's most popular beaches. Natural Resources Secretary Carmen Guerrero said biologists are trying to return the whale that survived back to sea.
