A number of Arab and Islamic countries announce Ramadan start on Sunday

Arab and Islamic capitals, Sha'ban 29, 1435, Jun 27, 2014, SPA -- A number of Arab and Islamic countries announced this evening that Ramadan of this year 1435 H. will start on Sunday. Each of Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Palestine, Indonesia and Malaysia announced that tomorrow is the last day of current Shaaban and Sunday is the start of this year's fasting month of Ramadan. However, Yemen announced that tomorrow is the first day of Ramadan.
