Khartoum, Shawwal 25, 1435, August 21, 2014, SPA -- Regional Director of the World Food Programme (FAO) to Sudan Adnan Khan signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Sudanese government and other parties to provide aid and facilitate the transfer of food to the needy in the state of South Sudan across Sudanese borders.
