Beirut, Shawwal 10, 1435, Aug 6, 2014, SPA -- At least 100 Syrian refugees have been killed or injured in five days of clashes in the Lebanese border town of Arsal, an opposition rights group said on Wednesday. The claims by the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights came after the town saw renewed fighting between Lebanese security forces and Syrian jihadists. "The toll is high and there are children among the casualties," the head of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, Rami Abdel-Rahman, told dpa. --SPA 00:01 LOCAL TIME 21:01 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
