Washington, Ramadan 13, 1435, Jul 10, 2014, SPA -- Firefighters Thursday told residents of roughly 100 homes in Washington state that they should evacuate due to a threatening wildfire. Residents of more than 100 other homes near Entiat have been told to be prepared to leave. The blaze broke out Tuesday at Mills Canyon and has burned nearly 3 square kilometers. Flames burned down to Highway 97A late Wednesday, forcing the closure of a 48-kilometer stretch. Another fire in the state late Wednesday burned two mobile homes, outbuildings, and vehicles near Yakima. It spread across 8 hectares of brush and went to three alarms before firefighters bulldozed a line around it. A fire near Ford in Stevens County has burned roughly a square kilometer and threatened a dozen homes. --SPA 22:32 LOCAL TIME 19:32 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
