In that context, the Minister of Culture and Information Dr. Abdulaziz bin Mohiuddin Khoja inaugurated on June 18, 2014 the Electronic "NAL" (Nateq on Line) Platform which aims to regulate the media communication between media spokespersons in government agencies and various media organs. The idea of establishing Electronic NAL platform came to be a reality governing the communication between the spokesman and media, and limit opportunities for the spread of rumors in the society, according to a statement made to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) by the Forum's general supervisor Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Fal. He further said that NAL is a secure communication channel between the employees of the accredited local media men and concerned official agencies in public and private sectors.
