For his part, Prince Meteb bin Abdullah expressed his happiness of visiting France and meeting with the French President. Prince Meteb conveyed greetings of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and the Vice Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the French President. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations between the Kingdom and France in all fields. They also discussed the latest developments at regional and international arenas. In a press statement following the meeting, the Minister of National Guard hailed the strong and historical relations between the two countries based on mutual respect, stressing that there is a convergence of views between the Kingdom and France on all issues and wishing a continuation of cooperation between the two countries in the benefit of joint interest.
