Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Sends Message to King of Jordan

Amman, Aug. 03, 2021, SPA -- The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud sent a verbal message to King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, dealing with the historical brotherly relations between the two kingdoms and ways of enhancing the joint cooperation. The message was handed over by Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to the King of Jordan who received the Saudi foreign minister at Al-Husseiniya Palace here today. During the meeting, the Minister of Foreign Affairs conveyed the greetings of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to the Jordanian monarch, his government and the brotherly people of Jordan. In turn, the King of Jordan extended his greetings and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; HRH the Crown Prince and the government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, the deep-rooted historical relations linking the two countries and peoples and ways of developing them in all fields were reviewed. The two sides discussed strengthening joint cooperation in many aspects, including bilateral political cooperation that supports the security and stability of the region, in addition to discussing the latest developments of regional and international events as well as issues of common interest.
