Arab Countries Call for the Need to Confront Hate Speech Before Human Rights Council

Geneva, June 25, 2019, SPA -- The group of Arab countries, before the Human Rights Council, called for the need to confront hate and violent extremism speech in the world and on electronic platforms. This came in a joint statement issued by the Arab Group, which was delivered by Saudi Ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva, Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Wasel stressing the importance of international cooperation to achieve the goals of sustainable development that deal with all human rights.
