The President of the Saudi Human Rights Commission affirmed that the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen is committed to the international humanitarian law and international law of the human rights, stressing that the Kingdom is committed to stand with the Yemeni people and government in addition to provide humanitarian aid. He cited the Kingdom's aid to Yemen at about $13 billion until January 2019 as well as its support of $5 million in the Donors Conference held last February. With regard to death penalty and corporal punishment, the Kingdom reiterates its position in its national report on the death penalty and corporal punishment. Dr. Al-Aiban highlighted the freedom of expression, association and legitimate peaceful practices, stressing that they are guaranteed under the regulations of the Kingdom.
