Cairo, March 13, 2019, SPA -- The 13th Conference of the Gifted and Talented, which will be organized by the Arab Council for the Gifted and Talented, will start tomorrow under the theme "Toward a Global Vision for the Gifted and Talented". The two-day Conference will witness the participation of Arab universities, including Saudi universities.
