Saudi Press: Riyadh Agreement is Significant Step and Support for Legitimacy In Yemen

Riyadh, Nov. 06, 2019, SPA -- Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial entitled (Riyadh Agreement is a Significant Step and Support for Legitimacy In Yemen) that the terms of the Riyadh Agreement held between the Yemeni government and the Southern Transitional Council, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Mohammed bin Zayed, has confirmed a new phase of cooperation and partnership, uniting all efforts and starting development and construction in Yemen. The paper added that the speech delivered at the outset of signing ceremony by HRH the Crown Prince has affirmed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has spared no effort for finding a way out of such crisis between the concerned parties in Yemen, under directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, hopping that the agreement would be a new phase of stability in Yemen. Al-Riyadh newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has realized the importance of the entertainment, culture and sport sectors, and their pivotal role in supporting the state treasury and providing available jobs for young people of both genders. The paper noted that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz issued a royal decree stipulating to establish an investment fund linked to the National Development Fund, specialized in the sectors of entertainment, sports, and tourism.
