Mexico City, Safar 13, 1440, Oct 22, 2018, SPA -- Hurricane Willa on Monday intensified into a Category 5 storm which could be "potentially catastrophic" for parts of Mexico's Pacific coast, the US National Hurricane Center said. The hurricane could produce "life-threatening" storm surge, wind and rainfall over the western-central and south-western regions of the country, dpa reported. The hurricane was located at 215 kilometers south-west of Cabo Corrientes with winds blowing at up to 315 kilometers per hour at 1500 GMT, according to Mexico's National Meteorological Service.
