Riyadh, May 3, 2021, SPA -- Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council for Arab States (GCC) Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf condemned today the terrorist Houthi militia's launching of bomb-laden UAVs and ballistic missiles towards the south of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia targeting civilians and civilian objects. The Secretary General stressed that the continuation of these terrorist attacks by the Houthi militia reflects its flagrant defiance of the international community and its disregard for all international laws and norms. He called on the international community to assume its responsibilities and take a decisive stance towards the Houthi militia to stop these repeated terrorist acts targeting vital and civilian installations. Dr. Al-Hajraf praised the vigilance and efficiency of the Saudi-led Coalition Forces and the Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces for successfully confronting all terrorist attacks carried out by the terrorist Houthi militia, stressing the GCC's solidarity, stand and support for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to defend its territories and preserve its security and the safety of its citizens and residents. --SPA 16:11 LOCAL TIME 13:11 GMT 0029 www.spa.gov.sa/w1552830
