The Hague, February 21, 2023, SPA -- The Secretariat General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) signed yesterday a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Hague Conference on Private International Law, opening the door to cooperation in the areas of legislative integration, training, and legal development.
