Riyadh, February 20, 2020, SPA -- Turki bin Abdullah Al-Shabanah, Minister of Media and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), and SPA President Abdullah bin Fahd Al-Hussain have honored the pensioners of the SPA for this year 1441H. In his speech, the Minister of Media thanked the pensioners for their great efforts and achievements in serving the SPA, wishing them all success. Al-Shabanah affirmed that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH the Crown Prince are keen on the media and journalists in order to consolidate the work mechanism to enhance the Kingdom's status. For his part, the SPA President delivered a speech in which he thanked the Minister of Media for honoring the SPA pensioners, highlighting the Kingdom's great achievements and successes in the field of media under the wise leadership. He also thanked the pensioners for their great efforts, affirming that the SPA will benefit from their experience. Al-Hussain also hailed great efforts exerted by the SPA's staff in various departments and positions. For their part, the pensioners expressed appreciation for the support accorded to them throughout their experience in the SPA.
