Japanese Foreign Ministry's Spokeswoman Lauds Saudi-Japanese Relations

Riyadh, April 29, 2019, SPA -- Japanese Foreign Ministry's Spokeswoman Mitsuko Shino has lauded deep bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Japan. She commented in a press conference here yesterday on the visit of Japan's Foreign Minister Taro Kono to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and meetings with The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, HRH Crown Prince and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, saying the meetings discussed ways of enhancing bilateral relations, cooperation between the two countries and the prospects of broadening the possibilities of partnership between the two countries in all fields, in addition to the discussion of the Kingdom's stance on achieving stability in the Middle East. She referred to Japanese Foreign Minister's reiteration in the meetings to deep ties that link the two countries and Saudi Arabia and Japan's keenness to strengthen continuous cooperation, saying the minister considers Japan's capabilities will give a strong push for further cooperation to achieve the Saudi vision 2030 and all its programs and initiatives. --SPA 13:55 LOCAL TIME 10:55 GMT 0008 www.spa.gov.sa/w1093330
