Geneva, 22 Jumada I,1437 AH, 02 March,2016 , SPA -- The exhibition of "National Heritage of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Diversity and Richness" was opened here yesterday, which was organized by Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva in the presence of Director General of United Nations Office in Geneva Dr. Michael Mueller, President of Saudi Human Rights Commission Dr. Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Aiban and Kingdom's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva Ambassador Faisal bin Hassan Trad, on the sidelines of the 31st session of Human Rights Council currently being held in the city of Geneva. The Vice President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage for Antiquities and Museums Dr. Hussein Abu Al-Hassan pointed out that the two-week exhibition being held for the first time at the United Nations headquarters in Geneva aims to introduce the cultural heritage of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, noting that it contains images of the most prominent heritage landmarks in the Kingdom whether archaeological sites or some of existing and future projects in museums. -- SPA 11:32 LOCAL TIME 08:32 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/w
