Jubail, March 17, 2020, SPA -- Royal Commission for Jubail and Jubail Municipality, in cooperation with various security sectors, have implemented precautionary measures in Jubail city and Jubail Industrial City, to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus. The Royal Commission for Jubail instructed the closure of commercial and shopping malls including all shops inside them, except pharmacies and supermarkets. It also banned services in the restaurants and coffee shops, limiting the service to drive-through, takeaway and delivery services only, in addition to preventing the gatherings in open and closed public places including parks and beaches. Also, the Jubail Municipality implemented a number of precautionary measures, by closing the commercial malls, the northern corniche, the public parks, and the sports fields, prevented gatherings, and intensified its control tours on the excepted stores to ensure their implementation of the precautionary measures. --SPA 17:09 LOCAL TIME 14:09 GMT 0022 www.spa.gov.sa/w1289874
