Jeddah, December 16, 2018, SPA -- The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) represented by the Voice of Wisdom Centre, is scheduled to convene on Sunday, 16 December 2018, the third edition of its symposium on the Member States’ efforts in the area of combating terrorism and violent extremism. The symposium will review the experience of the Republic of Turkey, the Kingdom of Morocco, and the Arab Republic of Egypt in the domain of combating terrorism and violent extremism that are perpetrated in the name of the Islamic faith. The symposium will offer the Member States an opportunity to get a close insight into the efforts exerted by these three countries in their fight against terrorism and violent extremism, so they may tap into their experience and benefit from it.
