New York, December 07, 2018, SPA -- Kuwait expressed its aspiration to strengthen cooperation between the UN Security Council and the Arab League in the field of prevention, early warning and the prevention and resolution of conflicts by peaceful means, as stipulated in the Charter of the United Nations and the Arab League in light of the conflicts taking place in the Arab region. This came in a speech delivered by the Permanent Representative of Kuwait to the United Nations Ambassador Mansour Al-Otaibi at a meeting of the Security Council yesterday.
