The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, has sent a cable of congratulations to UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan over the new appointments. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan was appointed as Vice President, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan as Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Tahnoun bin Zayed Al Nahyan became Deputy Rulers of Abu Dhabi. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques wished the UAE President success, and the government and people of the UAE steady progress and prosperity. Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, has sent a similar cable of congratulations to the UAE President.
