RIYADH: US-based software company Nintex is planning to open its first regional office in Saudi Arabia, supporting Vision 2030’s path toward digital transformation. The company’s base in the Kingdom will also expand and support its operations in the area by employing locals, according to a press release. It is not yet known when the office will open. Nintex works in the automation and intelligence processing spheres, and its presence in Saudi Arabia means it will be able to better serve its current Upper Gulf customer base and approach potential clients. Ayman El-Hattab, Nintex vice-president of emerging markets, stated: “We are excited to establish our office in Saudi Arabia and actively contribute to the country’s ambitious plans for digital transformation under Vision 2030.” The business has a significant presence in the Middle East and North Africa, with over 80 clients in the Kingdom and 300 clients overall. Such a scope allows the company to substantially impact Vision 2030, which strives to transform its economy by encouraging innovation, diversification, and private sector expansion. Nintex will support national initiatives like the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program and the National Transformation Program. This will further accelerate the Kingdom’s route to becoming a leading industrial powerhouse and global logistics hub. Various digital transformation programs will also receive backing from Nintex via its process intelligence and automation solutions. The company currently collaborates with clients, including the Public Investment Fund and the National Water Company of Saudi Arabia, to assist them in using digital technology to transform their business processes and innovate more quickly. “By partnering with public and private sector organizations, we see incredible potential. Nintex is excited to be part of the growth of Saudi Arabia’s vibrant and prosperous regional economy,” added El-Hattab.
