A recently published Egyptian report showed that 15 terrorist attacks were carried out in seven different countries, by five different terrorist groups, and had left 95 dead and 154 injured during the second week of August 2018. Nigeria came in fifth place with the terror group Boko Haram carrying out an attack on a village near Maiduguri in northeastern Nigeria. The group beheaded seven people and set fire to the village.
