Bandar Al-Toaimi has been the marketing and corporate communications director at the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) since August 2017. He has also been a member of Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s advertising committee since June of the same year. Al-Toaimi has worked as a marketing and corporate communications professional at various leading institutions in the public and private sectors. Prior to his latest position with MODON, he was a marketing manager at the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA). Between 2011 and 2015, he was the senior manager of the marketing and customer care department at Amana Cooperative Insurance. He was also marketing director at Obeikan Bookshop Co. and marketing manager at Malath Insurance and Reinsurance Co. From 2015 to 2016 he was the CEO of Protocol Communications. Al-Toaimi gained a bachelor’s degree in marketing from King Saud University in Riyadh and received his Insurance Foundation Certificate from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). In line with the Kingdom’s continued transformation into a global powerhouse, MODON will host the Future Factory Show, to be held at Al-Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh on Nov. 18. “The aim of our show is to enrich future trends in the fourth industrial revolution as it keeps pace with the developments that are rapidly infiltrating the foundations of the global economy based on digital solutions,” said Al-Toaimi.
