SDRPY seeks to accelerate work on its Aden projects

ADEN — The Saudi Development and Reconstruction Program for Yemen (SDRPY) has held a meeting with representatives of the companies implementing the SDRPY’s projects in Aden, with the aim of accelerating the pace of work of the SDRPY’s development projects in the governorate of Aden, the Saudi Press Agency reported. The meeting discussed the challenges the SDRPY is facing in implementing its projects in various sectors and review the progress of the ongoing projects. The meeting, which was attended by Ghassan Al-Zamki, the deputy governor of Aden for the projects sector, the general directors of the basic services, and a team from the program headed by the director of the SDRPY’s program office in Aden, Eng. Ahmed Awaji Madkhali, sought to accelerate the pace of work on the ongoing projects in Aden governorate. Madkhali affirmed that the SDRPY is keen to quickly implement projects that meet the needs of citizens in the capital and contribute to alleviating their suffering, especially with regard to roads, costing more than $9 million. He said that the program is completing the renovation work in Aden General Hospital, indicating that the coming days will witness the opening of completed projects and the opening of work on new projects that fulfill the needs and aspirations of the residents of the capital, Aden.
