DAMMAM: Eastern Province municipality is working around the clock to check on commercial facilities to ensure cleanliness, the provision of disinfectants and commitment to health measures. Over 800 inspection tours have been carried out to ensure that preventive steps are being adhered to at Eastern Province markets, commercial centers and locations with commercial activity. The inspection tours found 57 violations for noncompliance with health measures in markets and commercial centers. There were 13 violations for overcrowding in supermarkets, whilst two violations for overcrowding in labor accommodation were also reported.
