Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Sheikh and his accompanying delegation visited the Islamic Cultural Center in Zagreb, Croatia that was established in 1980 and opened in 1987. During the visit, the minister listened to an explanation of the stages of construction and foundation of the grand mosque in the center, which is one of the most important Islamic milestones in Croatia. In addition, he was briefed on the center"s scientific, charitable, cultural and social activities. The minister toured the Islamic Scientific Secondary School affiliated with the ministry of education in Croatia, and during his meeting with students, he stressed the importance of educational attainment and keenness to invest time for their benefit. — SPA
