The Literature, Publishing and Translation Commission announced on Thursday that Saudi Arabia has been chosen as the guest of honor at the International Poetry Festival, which will be held from 16 to 19 June in Sidi Bou Said city, Tunisia. Emanating from its support for Saudi poets, the commission’s delegation, in coordination with the Cultural Attaché, will include a number of poets and critics who will deliver their poems, along with a number of their Arab and global counterparts, in gardens, restaurants and open squares, in order to make poetry an art familiar and close to people. — SPA
