Athens, Dhu-AlQa'dah 22, 1434, Sep 28, 2013, SPA -- Police in Greece have arrested the leader of the country's far-right Golden Dawn party, dpa cited authorities as saying on Saturday. The arrest of Nikolaos Michaloliakos and several other party officials comes as police are investigating the September 17 fatal stabbing of a left-wing activist and rapper, Pavlos Fissas. Greek government spokesman Simos Kedikoglou told Greek television: "Democracy can protect itself. The legal authorities will do their duty." A man with suspected ties to Golden Dawn has already been charged over the killing. The party itself has denied any involvement. --SPA 14:00 LOCAL TIME 11:00 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1151707
