Baghdad, Jumada II 28, 1434, May 8, 2013, SPA - At least one person was killed and 51 injured Wednesday in two car bombings in northern Iraq, security officials said. The first attack targeted a security checkpoint in the city of Kirkuk, leaving one dead and 13 wounded. At least 38 were injured when a car bomb went off near an office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in Kirkuk, about 250 kilometres north of Baghdad.
