BAGHDAD,March 03 , SPA --At least 23 people were killed and dozenswere wounded Monday when two car bombs, including onedriven by a suicide attacker, blew up in different parts ofBaghdad, ap quoted police sources as saying. Neither of the attacks took place in parts of thesprawling city where visiting Iranian President MahmoudAhmadinejad was located. In an unrelated incident, the U.S. military reportedfinding a grave containing 14 people. In Baghdad's deadliest attack, a parked car bomb killed atleast 21 people and wounded 43 in central Baghdad's Babal-Mudham neighborhood on the eastern bank of the Tigris. The car was parked on a road leading to the Housing andMunicipality Ministry, police said. The dead included onepolice officer, while another four were wounded. In the suicide attack, a man drove a mini bus at theheadquarters of the Interior Ministry's 4th Brigade, aspecial quick reaction force based in Baghdad's easternZayouna neighborhood. The blast killed at least two policeofficers and wounded six other people. Associated Pressimages taken after the blast showed massive damage to homesin the neighborhood.
