BAGHDAD, Rabi'I 27, 1433, Feb 19, 2012, SPA - Iraqi officials say eight people have been killed by an explosion in a crowd of police recruits in Baghdad. Police said the recruits were leaving the national Police Academy near the Ministry of Interior in eastern Baghdad around midday, according to a report of the Associated Press.
