Security Council is considering a mission to the Middle East, to include visits to Israel, the West Bank, Lebanon, Damascus and Cairo, Russia's U.N. envoy Vitaly Churkin said on Tuesday. Churkin said there has been "no point blank" opposition to the mission from other council members but that plans are still in the early stages.
