Islamabad, Shawwal 2, 1432, Aug 31, 2011, SPA - President Asif Ali Zardari affirmed today Pakistan's commitment to continue cooperation with China in combating terrorism. During a meeting this morning in the city of Urumqi, the capital of Xinjiang, China's Communist Party Chief and senior government official in the region, Zhang Chun Xian said that Pakistan opposes terrorism in all its forms, anywhere in the world and will work more closely with China in combating terrorism. He also stressed, as quoted by the official Radio Pakistan, the need to strengthen trade links between Pakistan and China via Karakorum road linking the two countries.
