Cairo, Jumada II 18, 1432, May 21, 2011, SPA -- Turkey's President Abdullah Gul has welcomed U.S. President Barack Obama's call for the establishment of a Palestinian State on 1967 borders, calling the move "as a very important one." In an interview published today by "The Wall Street Journal," President Gul described the U.S. President's reference to the 1967 borders (for the Palestinian State) as an extremely important step in itself.
