SRINAGAR, Shawwal 04, 1431, Sept 13, SPA -- Police say at least 13 protesters have been killed in clashes with troops in Kashmir, the Associated Press reported. The death toll Monday was the highest since separatist protests broke out in June. Tens of thousands of violent demonstrators ignored a curfew and flooded the streets, burning government buildings and throwing rocks at police stations.
