PRAGUE, July 13, 2010, SPA -- Czech President Vaclav Klaus has sworn in the reform-minded government of Prime Minister Petr Necas, ending the longest period without a proper Cabinet. Following May's parliamentary elections, Necas' conservative Civic Democratic Party and two new parties _ the conservative TOP 09 and the centrist Public Affairs _ agreed to form a center-right coalition that would hold 118 seats in Parliament's 200-seat lower chamber. It must seek a confidence vote in Parliament within thirty days, the Associated Press reported. The Czech Republic has been run by a caretaker government since a three-party coalition led by the Civic Democrats lost a confidence vote in March 2009. --SPA 13:17 LOCAL TIME 10:17 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/801451
