Prague, Ramadan 1, 1434, Jul 10, 2013, SPA - Czech President Milos Zeman has sworn in a new government to replace that of Petr Necas who was forced to resign over a spy and bribery scandal. The government, led by Zeman's economy adviser Jiri Rusnok, consists mostly of the president's allies, including a sponsor of his presidential campaign and an unsuccessful presidential candidate who later supported Zeman's presidential bid. Zeman has called it a government of "experts" and Rusnok said it is a priority for it to prepare the 2014 state budget, according to a report of the Associated Press. --SPA 13:01 LOCAL TIME 10:01 GMT www.spa.gov.sa/1128162
