Riyadh, February 28, 2010, SPA -- Dr Bandar bin Mohammed Al-Eiban, the Chairman of the Human Rights Commission (HRC), will lead the delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the 13th session of the UN's Human Rights Council, due to be held in Geneva.
