The Abha-based Al-Watan commenting on the decision of Israel to prevent the Palestinians from celebrating Al-Quds as the Arab cultural capital, said Israel will never be capable of preventing the Palestinians and the Arabs from celebrating Al-Quds as the Arab cultural capital. The daily said Israel has forgotten the fact that there is an international decision which stipulates that East Jerusalem is an occupied city, adding 'Israel should realize the fact that it can demolish the houses and comb the streets as well as arrest people, but it cannot change the historical facts pertaining to al-Quds. If the Palestinians are genuinely keen on preserving Al-Quds as their capital, then they should listen to the sincere calls made by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz on several occasions, and they should also discard disunity for confronting the common enemy.--SPA www.spa.gov.sa/646701
