SEOUL, South Korea, October 01, SPA -- Washington's top nuclearnegotiator took a new proposal to North Korea on Wednesdayto try to salvage a derailed disarmament pact, Associated Press reported. Assistant U.S. Secretary of State Christopher Hill droveinto the North through the heavily fortified DemilitarizedZone dividing the two Koreas late Wednesday morning, U.S. Embassy spokesman Aaron Tarver said.
