KHARTOUM, August 02 , SPA -- Sudan and Chad have agreed on an immediate resumption of diplomatic relations between the two countries, termination of media campaigns and convening of a tripartite summit under the auspices of Libyan Leader Muammar Gaddafi and participation of Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir and President Idriss Deby of Chad.
