BANGKOK, Thailand, September 11, SPA -- Thailand's ruling party hasre-nominated ousted leader Samak Sundaravej for the primeminister's post, the Associated Press reported. Kuthep Saikrajang, a spokesman of Samak's People's PowerParty, says a majority of party members voted to reappointSamak. He said Thursday that Samak is «the leader of our partyso he is the best choice.» Samak was forced out of office on Tuesday by aConstitutional Court ruling that found him in violation ofthe constitution by hosting television cooking shows whilein office.
