Helsinki, April 12, SPA -- Aceh rebels and an Indonesiangovernment delegation on Tuesday started the third round ofpeace talks in Finland aimed at bringing lasting peace tothe tsunami-ravaged province. The Finnish mediator, former Finnish President MarttiAhtisaari, would meet with both sides separately before ajoint meeting later Tuesday, said Maria-Elena Cowell, aspokeswoman for the Crisis Management Initiative, aninstitution formed by Ahtisaari, which has facilitated thetalks.
