NEW DELHI, July 07, SPA -- India's Foreign Minister says thecountry's military attache and a diplomat are among fourIndians who have been killed in a suicide attack outsidethe Indian Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. Foreign Minister Pranab Mukherjee says Defense AttacheBrigadier R. Mehta, diplomat V. Venkat Rao and two securityguards are among the 40 people who died in Monday's suicidecar bombing. Mukherjee says an Afghan national who worked at theembassy was also killed, according to a report of the Associated Press.
