NAZRAN, Russia, July 30, SPA -- A car bomb exploded outside theregional police headquarters in the Russian republic of Ingushetia on Wednesday morning, killing at least two police, officials said. The blast took place in the parking lot of Ingushetia'sInterior Ministry in Nazran, the republic's principal city, the Associated Press reported.
