Tehran, Feb 16, SPA -- Spokesman for the Iranian foreign ministry Mohammed Ali Husseini said enhancing Indian-Iranian relations will never serve the Palestinian cause. In a statement carried by the Iranian news agency, he said it will not be a good development if India establishes relations with an entity which has committed several crimes. Husseini noted that Israel owns a great nuclear arsenal which constitutes a danger to the countries of the region. He added that India is absolutely free to establish diplomatic relations with all countries of the world. Husseini pointed out that Iran has supported the Palestinian cause which is considered as an Islamic cause, and it has also supported the Muslims in Afghanistan and Iraq.--SPA www.spa.gov.sa/527384
